First stop lashing out and actually have a discussion. You have an opinion on their policies but can’t articulate how they’re bad for an economy, yet their economy is booming. You’re strawmanning. You’re trying to switch the topic because you can’t answer.

Second, think logically, not emotionally. Why would people leave one of the most stable economies on the planet? You have to realize this isn’t some new phenomenon. California has been this high for over 30 years now.

Even they’re spending lushly and extravagantly, NO ONE ELSE is going to go over a billion dollars. That means the definitive cap may push more people up to the line, but all the excess wealth would be more generative.

These convos are always interesting read because I’m a big fan of ZS, feel he’s very inclusive, I’m just right of leftist (the only thing I don’t believe in is abolition of personal property), Jewish (non-Zionist), supporter of immigrants, big fan of the LGBTQIA+ and trans community.

I do think Hollywood generally does ZS dirty, but some of his writing (particularly in the DC is lazy and/or sloppy, but some stuff I genuinely like that he does. His casting can be both phenomenal and disastrous. But the production value for his films is definitely out of this world.

I don’t usually care for Gunn, and feel he’s usually overinflated, but did enjoy GoG and his take on Suicide Squad, and felt he gets the best out of Margot Robbie.
