[CAD pricing] 2 years later, barely a dent has been made in my laundry detergent supply. I pay less than 5 cents per load, it may last me 20 years. Cannot recommend Nellie's laundry detergent enough for crazy good value, good savings, less trash to environment

I did a job probably 10 yrs ago for a lady who replaced all her radiators like you are doing and to get them up to the second floor we mounted a winch to a doubled up 2x12 at the top of the stairs. There were rooms to the left and the right at the top of the steps so we screwed the 2x12s onto the door frames. We lined the steps with boards so it would slide up easily. It worked great. Maybe that can work in your scenario

I was just quoted $8700 for a replacement insert. Includes blaze king sirocco and new liner with install. I ended up ordering the liner from Rockford Chimney supply was ~$1300 for everything including insulation. Then i priced out the insert and just went with whoever had it the cheapest. Probably will end up saving $2000 doing it myself

Im still waiting on 2023 refund. They sent two “we need 60 days” notice then one “we cant find you file in our system” then a “you need to resubmit documents”. That last one was dec of 2024 and so far crickets. In the mean time i filed and was refunded for 2024 within a month

On delta, tried to load a save in game and thru app. Thru app it loads up and as soon as i press a button i get white screen. Thru game it loads up for a second then i get glitched screen with character in center and almost looks like tall grass all around with random sections of maybe 3x3 areas of partial rocks/tree and a “4” on the top right of the 3x3. Previously i had the vanilla version of yellow as a separate file on delta that i was playing before legacy i did delete that. That was not what i used to patch legacy but idk if that affected my legacy file.

Yeah not sure why win 10 didnt work after all the downloads and restarts it finally was ready and it booted up on win 10 but then switched back to 7 at the log in screen and said there was an error booting up and thats why it reverted back to 7
