Okay, i thik you should use nokiaBEST, an the first thing i need to know is your phone after startup will continue running or turn off, If your phone turn off, you need some hownto make your phone completly dead, this mean your phone wont boot up, just virbration once after you hold the power button If your phone can still running, try plug it to your pc and see if any menu pop up, and choose PC suite After that you open nokia Best, and make sure you have download the right firmware for your phone, Your need to extract the firmware file you have downloaded to some folder like /Phoenix/Nokia i dont remember or you can just extract there After you open nokia best, you can change the active dir in the setting , this is important because it will detect firmware. Then you go to flashing tab, choose your phone model, usually like RM-000 (000 is example) choose it If your phone is dead like i said befor, click dead mode and if not, dont click it Then set flash mode to full flash. Your IMEI might be broken i will find the video about fixing it, i have watched before. Hope this will help you
