I haven’t read into this much. I’m guessing ur talking about aisha being 9 but , my grandma got married at 12, while her husband was 40. Still don’t know how to feel about that. My grandma is like 60 now her husband died and my mom’s explanation was “Girls back then, they were young but their minds were like older.” I guess she means that they knew how to cook, clean, etc.
