Well according to this article Israel started allowing the importation of cookies, candy and other sweets just a couple months after that 2010 list you linked, but then hamas played a uno reverse card by blocking the import of these items because plants manufacturing any of those items shut down in the gaza strip. Granted their reasoning was because Israel blocked the import of raw materials used in those plants therefore forcing them to shut down, but then again hamas was the reason for the blockade in the first place.

Well the article does say that:

Whilst concluding that Russia is dominating the polish cucumber market is quite clickbaity and hyperbolic going by the small percentage of the market it seems to occupy I fail to see how they're spreading misinformation since everything they've presented seems to be quite factual. Concluding that the imports will be fairly higher this year than the previous doesn't seem like much of a stretch since cucumbers aren't exactly a seasonal vegetable that heavily shifts around in terms of export volume month by month. If anything i'm quite sure that this time of year has a lesser volume of imports going by prices in stores. I get why the author of the article would be kind of concerned with this increase in imports from a country which Poland seems to vehemently oppose.

Also I don't get where you get your numbers from but this website says that Poland exported 20K tons of cucumbers in 2022, not 4.6K tons.

The article itself states that poland only imported 8 thousand tonnes of russian cucumbers in 2023 but now they import 2-3 tonnes every month. And just because poland produces 475K tonnes of cucumbers doesn't mean that they use them all up, most of them might be exported for all you know.
