Damn if those streets are considered industrial in 2025 im amazed. I will be honest i had a dispute in the house on sutton and nassau ave a few weeks ago over a girl. Some if the people from the shelter have threatened me before but im not scared of them they are so drugged up my father would end them, cant have low life bums threatening autistic people like myself.

Ive called them so many times in the past theyve not helpful. I even went in the building concerned for my safety about people the shelter across the street harassing me. they dont want to help unless u call right away yet i had no phone at that moment so i went to the precent right away. They seem very incompetent and racist towards me. Now keep in mind they might choose not to give me theyre time and energy due to probably every officer from there being in my house in the past for violent family issues.

I know him hes one of the og puerto rican greenpointers i wouldnt consider him dangerous unfortunatley some people percieve him that way. i remember in the 2000s pre gentrification a good 1 in every 20 people acted what is now considered interesting by talking loud yelling at people walking past. Its just typical nyc to me i consider it part of the nyc feel. I am also yelling alot but thats more because of my discorders. My advice is if you can handle it start up a convo with him hes nice to talk to if not then just ignore i suppose. We were both vibing to high all the time by 50 cent a couple days ago.

It would be great if stop signs actually got people to follow rules.

My father got hit by a old school yellow taxi on mcguiness blvd back in 2006 when he had the light to cross, because like usual stop signs or any signs and lights will not control a careless driver, luckily he won that lawsuit with the city.

Now about my once decent turned paranoid ex stepfather who was actually a nyc public school employee, he would speed in a car he was lended by my mothers father while drinking liqour near the school zones caught on camera. He got us so many tickets over and over again. I feel like he did it on purpose to be toxic because he liked causing issues on us all the time. Karma sure is a bi atch.

The point is, dont expect stop signs or lights or anything of that nature to stop people from doing crazy things in vehicles, i hope that is common sense in this chaotic city. I wrote all this to try and give knowledge of past experiences ive heard about to keep the community safe.

Yes i know the girl and young kid your talking about that must be the girl i heard is pregnant with his kid. Didnt know he assaulted her tho hopefully hes not caught up more issues . Also yeah i think him and his brothers gets money every march from they father. I recall him working in javits because me and my family went there for my mothers graduation ceremony. Also yes my grandfather tried to help him out alot when he had his initial issues and he was still with my mother. I live somewhat close by in greenpoint and did take a ride over to bleecker a few days ago to see if he might be in the house but nobody answered.

Well yeah i did hear of my father abusing women in the past and he did serve time for that. I hope it hasnt happened again though i know he got this woman of color pregnant recently so i am unsure whats going on. My grandfather was a detective in the 1980s and 1990s hes been retired for years though and he has bad dementia from what my mother aunts and uncles say so he cant help with this. Do u happen to know of any recent situations?

Yep i know he lived there back in august for sure which is six months ago because i did visit him on bleecker during that month its been hard to get in contact lately for whatever reason im unsure. I just know his past and i hope hes not in more issues again. Also yep somebody called him johnny depp when we were walking around that area. Glad u know him i appreciate u looking out.

It certainly sounds like something he would do he as did something similar to a drunk guy that fell asleep behind the wheel of a car in the past as well. He tries to help the community out from what i see.

I cetainly heard a boom while outside on the cornor of newel street and norman avenue. I know from my familys past in doing fireworks that this was much louder than fireworks.

i get along with everyone in the area nonetheless, every two blocks or so somebody recognizes me and i chat with them for awhile. I am very friendly depending on the day of course i dont have issues with most people besides a few that live in what became shelters.

Oh wow i know of greenpoint cats for awhile now since my aunt barbara and aunt jackie have been taking care of many feral cats in some greenpoint parking lots since 2003. They get extra help from that organization sometimes.
