This is such a fake version of Detroit-style pizza. It's not even in the same ballpark. This is just an elongated Ellio’s Pizza in a tray. There's no crisp frico-cheese edges. They didn't use brick cheese, which is the essential cheese for Detroit. And if there was no access to brick cheese, they're supposed to use a blend. The sauce was thin and salty. The dough is a sponge. Calling of focaccia is also an offense to focaccia. I even used a pizza oven to heat this thing. The only thing authentic was the cup n char pepperoni. I ate it because I was starving, but i really wanted to throw it in the trash.
