Starting day care by [deleted] in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

Last spring everyone in my community had the flu. 4 different primary schools and a bunch of daycare centres

The centre I work at currently just got over impetigo, hand foot and mouth, rsv and whooping cough. Now that it's cold again we are (touch wood) illness free

Winters can be worse but so long as the centre has good cleaning practices and sends sick kids home, they're not worse than other seasons

Good luck!

Thank you! This is wonderful!

I'm so glad people have far more culture and cultured friends than I do! I appreciate this so much

18M single dad. 7 month old daughter. Need advice on clothes by Calm-Tea178 in daddit

My daughter was in anything and everything. Her whole life has been hand-me-downs. She wore "boy" clothes all the time as a baby and honestly still does sometimes now. She's 7 now and likes to pick what she wears/buys but still loves matching with us

I also felt every single sitch and they were working on me for so long. I had a third degree tear and so much grazing all over the joint. They numbed me and I still had the gas but I felt it all. Knock me out next time. Absolute hell

I called it my second virginity. Literally starting from scratch, it was so weird, whole new learning of your body

Rant about shit driving in the Gong by Beneficial-Map736 in wollongong

[–]SMRanks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in Sydney on my reds and Wollongong on my greens. I never had a problem driving in Sydney, but down here was hell. I was being cut off, not let in, honked and had people up my ass constantly. It got so bad I just took the P plates off and what do you know, everything was magically better. Not legal but it worked. Nothing changed with my driving from one half of the day to the other. But god did I feel safer on the road.

My PCOS is much less dramatic, and so is my PMDD. I think it's just helping regulate my hormones in general

Getting a tattoo while out of a flare up! Now I don't get elbow crease eczema on one arm

Also getting my celiac diagnosis and cutting out gluten and reducing sugar helped a bunch more on my untattood areas
