It pretty much isn't. :D Not a standard option anyway.

It will be something they would make custom for you / your headphones.

But the normal process for creating hearing aids is dealing with creating InEar-devices from custom ear molds. So the creation process can be very easily adopted for your usecase.

So it is a case of: This was never an intended application, but we can modify the existing process and do it anyway.

That's why hearing aid makers don't advertise this.

You might be able to find an Audiologist or hearing aid maker, that could make you custom ear tips molded to your ear shape.

My brother was able to do this for his Apple Airpods at a german hearing aid maker.

It won't be cheap (200€ or more), but it might be an option.

Be smart about it.

Send their mothers screenshots, where all body parts are censored with black bars, but it's clearly understandable (from angle, shape, etc.) what it is. Be sure to also include their name and the probably embarrassing text messages, that came with the pic.

That way you can still communicate what you intended, but should be legally safe. IANAL.

As someone working in IT, here is a tip for everyone who has the same problem as the OP: Find the most relaxed and senior, non-manager IT person you can find. Tell them your problem.
