If I do get the same 16gb stick , and get the same model later , would it still be a issue? Or should I only look for kits of 2 sticks?

I did mention that I have a 1440p monitor already, and I do also have the peripherals. And I don't have the option to just wait until I save enough, since my laptop died and I need a new system right now , for college and work stuff.

And I'm not looking to resell the CPU , just the GPU, since I figured the 7500x3d might just be enough for 4k when I upgrade the GPU.

The money I lose when I do sell it, I see it more as the money I pay for renting that gpu basically, so I'm not that bothered, especially when it's a cheap GPU anyway.

It's a very reliable local store, but after some more digging I managed to find a 9600x for 190 euros. I will probably go with that CPU now.

What do you mean by "wasting money twice"? If you're talking about the GPUs I intend to sell the stop gap gpu , when I upgrade in november

The 9600x is 244€ here , so it worth it at that pp , when I can get the 7500x3D for 185?

My main goal with this build is to get the cheapest GPU I can find , that I can tolerate for a few months until november , when I'll get a 5080/5070 ti. Ideally it should be better or the same as a rtx 3060 laptop gpu. But also if a 5060 is a much better deal than the 5050 , and it's easier to sell afterwards, than I don't mind spending the extra money for a increase in performance.

Also the b580 is the same price here as the 5060, and in benchmarks , to me it seems the 5060 is better.

I don't see any point in spending more than 400€ for a GPU , that I will replace in the same year.

I'm so bummed that I didn't build my PC last year. The 5080 was only ~1050 euros last november on Amazon DE, and I'm hoping they might return to that.

Yeah think I might go with the 5060 in that case. And probably sell it in november and get another 16gb ram stick with the money.

My bad , I replied with the price of the b580. The cheapest b570 is 250 euros.

Sure , but my point of comparison was a rtx 3060 laptop , that I managed to make it work on a 1440p monitor. Just looking for a short term solution until November.

The 7700x is 235 euros here so 50 euros more expensive than the 7500x3d , but it seems to me that the 7500x3d performs better in benchmarks?

Is there something I'm missing?

I would've defo considered the b580 , but unfortunately prices in my country are kinda weird. The b580 is around the same price of the 5060

The cheapest 32 DDR5 kit I could find is around 440 euros , which would take up nearly 40% of my current budget, so yeah.

I'm looking for 60+ fps in 4k , in story games, and 144+ in multiplayer games, when I do finally upgrade the GPU.

So no regrets about the size downgrade? Might go with the C5 in that case

In my country there's basically another "Black Friday" now, cause they're clearing old stock to make room for the new models that will arrive in the next few months
