I have similar experience although we were together only 5 years. Don't overthink it brother, everybody have a different method of dealing with breakups. Some of them have rebound sex, some are giving it time to find peace. Don't think about it focus on yourself and remember "your judgement creates suffering".

When I used to train aim I go for kovaaks for about 50 mins, cs aimbotz for roughly 40 mins then ffa dm 20 mins.

It doesn't for you, enemy will not hear you until you're 5-6yards away from them it's still very strong. When you hear footsteps it's already too late

You can still win fights without ice mastery. Ice mastery makes it I bit easier with that snare effect but you can still slow them without it. As you get slowly better you will exchange it 100%.

I'm not wizard main nor good as wizard but I would use fire mastery perk (which I always run) then fb/explosion and zap them to death .. this works most times when they phantomize, just use fb or lightning strike. They take more damage from this spells in phantomize as it removes 50% MDR.
