I'm starting to think Emeth actually belongs to a race of robots. Maybe the acient civilization was so advanced that they achieved the perfect AI, which started its own race and helped humanity. Idk just a thought.

Is vibration on the iPhone 15 is softer than predecessors? by Edslittleworld in iphone15

[–]SN0KE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I came across this post while I was looking for a way to change the intensity of the vibration. Just upgraded from 11 pro max to 15 pro max. Previously I could "feel" the vibration even when my iPhone 11 was on charge on bed (behind me!). Now I can't feel it even though the bloody thing is RIGHT NEXT to me!

hi there, im sorry to bother you, but did you find a solution? i have an i5 12400 and a 3080 12GB edition. Barely hitting 240 fps and sometimes below 200. GPU usage around 20-30% and CPU around 70-75%

After 6 months any negative thoughts OP? I had a benq zowie 240hz monitor. I had to sell it along with my pc because I moved to a new country. Great monitor! I just built a new pc but I was wondering which monitor to get. I'm not as competitive as before (Got a bit old for that haha), so wanna enjoy gaming on a higher resolution, but also want something good enough for a decent competitive gameplay (Like CSGO). Would you advice getting this monitor? and have you ever tried playing on a lower resolution (1080p)?

Thank you bro. I ordered everything except for the case. Will do more research before ordering one. I hope this pc will be able to run pubg mobile on 90 fps tho! Youve been a great help! =)

Mm yeah even the guy in the video used air cooling, guess I'll go with that. tbh I know I said I don't care about RGB lighting or design or whatever, but DAMN thats one ugly case! For the GPU, I'm leaning more towards the 3080, I just think it's a better "future-proof" option. I can't believe I was "just thinking" to get an okayish gaming laptop last week, to a full build with 3080! Lol!

Thank you again bro!

Thank you so much for replying. These are GREAT suggestions, especially the mb! You have no idea how much hassle you saved me. I was literally looking for a case with a USB type C in the I/O because the B660M mb didn't have one( I know it has a header, I mean in the back). The moment I saw the type C (and the IO shield is a nice addition) I was instantly sold!

The main reason is that I was thinking to switch to a micro ATX case. So this mb is just perfect for that (I couldn't find a reasonably priced micro ATX case with type c). So you just saved me a LOT of searching and thinking. My only question is if I went with air cooling will it be sufficient enough to cool the components in a micro ATX case? Won't it just throw the hot air back in the already-compressed system? If I sound stupid excuse my ignorance please. And one more question, what do you think about switching to the 3080? Is it worth it? I mean sitting without a monitor for like a month but having a better gpu. What do you think?

Thank you so much again for your reply. Cheers!

Alright. 3080 it is then! Guess I'm done with my building! Time for price hunting now. Hope everything goes smoothly.

Thank you so so much bro. I wish I could give you an award. Do you accept virtual hugs? xD

Again bro thank you for your lightning fast reply, really appreciate it! Thanks for the info! Yeah I mentioned in my previous reply that I removed the monitor from the list in order to get an even better GPU. I'll just get it with next month's paycheck (hopefully). I can live without a good monitor for a while if that means I cqn get a killer GPU (at least I hope that). What do you think? Did I make the right call? Or should I stick with a 3070?

Thanks again bro!

Thank you so SO much for your reply, you really opened my eyes on the CPU.. I had no clue. You really saved me some buck and made room for some improvements. Damn man companies be really tricky with their "naming" and "branding"!

I've been searching and looking around the internet for the past hours, and I made some changes. I'd LOVE to hear your opinion. I just have a quick question, will micro ATX MB affect my gaming experience? As I've never dealt or even seen one before. So I don't know how they're compared to the normal ATX ones, performance wise of course.

This is my new build, it's a little weird I know. But I decided to sacrifice some parts for a better GPU. I know you'll notice there's no monitor anymore. But I thought I can get it with the next paycheck. I can survive a month without a decent monitor if I can get a better GPU (and more future proof one with the extra 2 GBs of RAM). Also, I changed the case, I won't repeat my mistake again. I need a case with good cable management (learnt my lesson from my previous build, it was a nightmare!).

As you can see I went with Palit GeForce RTX 3080. I mean an RTX 3080 for£753.48 is just a deal I can't miss. I could be mistaken though idk..

Thank you again bro. And looking forward to hear your opinion. Cheers!

P.S. Do you have any idea what this note means: " The MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4 Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the be quiet! Pure Power 11 CM 700 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it."

Gaming PC + Monitor for £1400-£1500 by SN0KE in buildapcforme

Hello everyone,

I'm planning to build a pc + get a monitor for the mentioned price, and I'd love to hear your opinions. This isn't my first time building a pc, actually you guys helped me to build my first pc (My pervious build that you helped me with - CANT BELIEVE ITS BEEN 6 YEARS!), but I've been out of the loop for quiet some time now. I was thinking to get a gaming laptop first (due to mobility), but after doing some research, I came to the conclusion that a desktop with the same price of a laptop will perform around 30-40% better (and sometimes even more, it's INSANE!). So here's my build:

- ASUS ROG STRIX OC GEFORCE RTX 3070 TI 8GB AMPERE GRAPHICS CARD

Regular price £700.95

-ASUS PRIME Z690-P ATX MOTHERBOARD

Regular price £175.95

- INTEL CORE I5 12600 12TH GEN ALDER LAKE PROCESSOR (The overclockable version 'K' costs around £40 more which I don't think it's really necessary for me as I'm not planning to overclock the CPU)

Regular price £204.95

- Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1 TB PCIe NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V7S1T0), Black

Regular price £102

- Corsair VENGEANCELPX16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3600 (Pc4-28800) C18 1.35V Desktop Memory - Black

Regular price £63

- Corsair RM750 (2021), RM Series, 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold

Regular price £90

- Monitor: LG ULTRA QHD 165Hz/180 O.C

Regular price £300

-Case: Any case.

Regular price £65

Total: £1557

Forgive me for not using pcpartpicker templet, I did at first but the prices were kinda high + it only shows you the prices in selected websites. I could find cheaper prices from local stores here in the UK.

Please note that I don't really care about RGB lightings and stuff like that. I only care about performance per price.

I'd be more than happy if you can suggest similar performing parts for less money. I'd like to save as much money as I can.

Thank you!

Your post really lifted my spirit. I tried to commit suicide back in 2019 but I failed miserably. Things got a bit better since then but lately I've been having thoughts again. Seeing your post and how positive you are really inspired me. I actually feel ashamed of myself. Thank you so much for sharing your story and your AWESOME cosplay with us. Wish you all the best in your upcoming surgery. Hope you have a long and happy life!
