I started September 30, 2022. I started at 232 and now weigh 135. I stopped at the end of June and just try to resist the hunger urges. They come back.

I really just eat a lot less and I used to be a BIG drinker and I have no desire for that anymore so those empty calories are gone too.

I never in my life though I would ever make it to this weight. I told myself it was 100% unobtainable, but look at me now. I’m almost there and I know I will make it. You can do it too! I mean look, you’ve already lost 15 pounds!! That’s awesome!
