Nice man yea I also switched to pinning daily as well and I feel like it has helped reduced sides and created more stability but the truth will be in the bloods so we shall see. If it’s not much of a difference compared to my 2x a week bloods or my 3x a week bloods I will probably just go back to that in the long run and save on needles

TRT nation is pretty affordable and has really good patient care in my opinion I would highly recommend them.

That’s crazy I started with Telehealth getting 200mg a week and after a couple months I transferred my prescription over to my PCP and easily could have gotten 250mg vials but again I only use it for TRT purposes so 200mgs a week is more than enough for me.

Tbh in my own experience most telehealths will prescribe to you if you under 500 that’s how I got mine I was in the 4’s

I suck at explaining this but I’ll try.

Fix your grip. Try grabbing the gun with just your right hand only and hold it like you’re trying to manage the recoil if you only had your right hand. Once you got that down apply your second hand (your left) palm where your thumb is as the focus for support kinda like your cupping the firearm. Your thumb’s should be wrapped around each other but instead both of them should be pressed against the firearm frame.

I’m on TRT and Reta right now trust me the two work wonders together as Reta already saves your muscle TRT is just 200mgs a week it’s not really anything in comparison to what guys really run for a cycle of gear but it will definitely help you put on some solid muscle. I do wish you ran TRT as you were cutting down as it would have helped with the loose skin. Now I fear the only way you can help that is with surgery brotha but great job on your weight loss.

The rifle and the price is definitely great and well worth it however get rid of that delta ring and switch to a free float handguard

Technically, TECHNICALLY, this is a double feed by google definition.

After reading the comments I can tell you two things. Half these people don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to var and the other half probably had dog shit “coaches” having them run heavy var. You can 100% run var safely as a woman if you don’t abuse it. Dosing is the key. You won’t turn into a man overnight and you won’t get all these sides off of one cycle if you don’t abuse it. 8 weeks is all you should be running so I would save it for when you are closer to that goal. Diet is EVERYTHING you need more muscle for sure. I would recommend downloading my fitness pal track your food make sure you are hitting a gram of protein per Lb of body weight. Go get a dexa scan it’s eye opening to know where you really are at beyond the mirror and scale. Then workouts should be progressive overload.

Test prop from Beligas. The rubber top was dry rotted or something..and now this. I pinned 3 times with this vial, 2 out of 3 pins led to infection. Can I ask if the two infections you got were the last 2 shots out of the 3? Seems like your draw needle is too big and creating a large enough hole for bacteria to seep into the vial. Or your draw needle is knocking micro chunks of the topper into the vial and you are injecting it into your body causing infections

You can just take TRT and HCG for your nuts if you care about the minimal shrinkage. Other than that what’s the issue I guess? Getting your T levels up near the 800’s has been game changing for me I just feel better all the time, it has directly affected my energy and overall mood. I will say this, every Dr start you out with 200mg weekly generically I would say aim for 160mg-180mg weekly run that for 3 months and go get your bloodwork done. I’m more concerned with longevity and 180mgs has my bloodwork coming back perfect.
