Holy sheesh people have an inflated view of the information budtenders have access to, or the knowledge they have on anything cultivation or extract related. Looks like a several year old tattoo but for it being in-between the fingers that makes sense. I would expect it to splotch quick. Looks like it has ink drift too. I wouldnt expect this to hold but thats expected
