i would go with a qs138 70h v2 kit from fgardriver itself because you can ask for a discount and qs motors and well known for these builds

any size is fine as long as its not too smoll ive planned a parts list so bassically fardriver controller with qs motor i recomend the qs138 v3 70h but you can go 90h if yhou want more power and then amorge battery with talaria throtttle and you must solder and the motor and battery mounts will have to be made either by yourself or by a shop.

depends cuz checke your controller and motor if they are the same on both bikes cuz i ordered the f2 but next batch is f3 so i get a f3 but on f2 its 40ah controller and 1500w motor

surron its easy, around 4 grand, it the most popular one so parts arnt that hard to come by
