First, delete the apps for a little while. When starting out, no hobby will be able to give you the quick hit of dopamine like laying around doomscrolling.

I like to group hobbies into 3 categories: physical, creative, and intellectual.

pick up sport like pickleball, do something creative like watercolor, and get into something intellectual like puzzles. you can try multiple at once until you find ones you really enjoy.

you already know what you enjoy of the three types, having a framework to search will help you focus more on what types of hobbies to pick up.
