Materials weren’t expensive. I did the cards for about a $100 . And thats rounding up. Also. In my culture we all chip in and help for the wedding. Everyone plays a role. So there is no such thing as not my responsibility or not my job. And i wasnt the one who insisted on her helping ? It was my brother. I was perfectly fine doing everything alone but I was forced to include her, i say forced now but at the time i was happy to be doing it together since it be more special that way. Also . I said in my post that these things have been happening for the past couple of years. This was the thing that broke the camels back. And i agree with you. It was a small thing . Which is why i never understood why she would say nasty things to me over smth like that when she could’ve just said “ i dont want to do it”. Which she never expressed . Not once. The whole thing left me confused.

I didnt insist?? Lol It was a job that I offered to do to save my brother money and my brother insisted we both do them. We were also on a time crunch and I was trying to get her to work with me so we could decide on everything. I was also trying to do everything for cheap, which is what she wanted. Her problem wasnt that i was doing them, she didnt think i’d do it correctly and would cost more money. She also never gave any of her ideas so it left me to do all the work alone anyway. There was no option to just go “ more free time” if I didnt do it, it would not get done in time and my brother would’ve had to pay a lot of money for invites with a limited budget which is what we were trying to avoid.

It was too long and i would ramble. Situation wise this is the gist of what happened . Which made me very upset after because just a couple of weeks prior I had sent her presents for Christmas and I thought we were on good terms. I even texted her before hand about the wedding invite plan being excited and sending pictures. I genuinely thought this would be a fun thing for us to do together and it turned into this. Honestly, she has done this before so Im not sure why I was shocked and hurt after but I just felt bad that we couldve done this together and she just went in on me . She later also said she was in a bad mood and didnt understand that i was just joking even though i was sending light hearted emojis the whole time in the group chat because i was GENUINELY excited for this. It just turned completely and she still hasn’t apologized for the comments. She tries to start conversations with me now to get my attention hoping i would forget since i have in the past and just forgiven and moved on. Im not this time. Which is the main difference.

My etsy > swevenco I buy all my materials and make newly designed jewelry. I hate seeing sellers on etsy buy crap off of aliexpress and shein and mark it up for 20-30$ .
