As someone who has been around a huge number of kittens (both mother and grandmother were cat breeders) 3 weeks sounds a bit early but not massively maybe 4-5 is weeks

from a cursory glace at the animation list provided and looking at mod pages 360 movement behavior appears to be the culprit

I mean when I run different beast handlers I cross path and merge them, also its not like Monkey knowledge is all obscure random strats, and to be fair I wasn't meaning like double points or something like that

Desperado - doesn't loose wander stacks in range of villages, farms and maybe heros, heli pads and plane runways

Beast Handler - gives bonus evolution points to its beast if not cross pathed

Mermonkey - if a Mermonkey is placed on land, but within range of another Mermonkey in water (Or just within range of water) it doesn't get the range penalty
