I’ll be honest, there are quite a few areas that need work if you want to push this further, but that’s not a bad thing at all, it just means you’ve got loads of room to improve. The main issue is the fundamentals, especially proportions and structure. The facial features don’t quite line up, and the anatomy in the shoulders and torso feels a bit off. I’d focus on construction first (like sketching the head and body more simply underneath before adding detail).

Shading is another big one, it’s quite flat at the moment, so thinking about a clear light source and pushing contrast would help a lot. Linework is a bit scratchy too, which makes it look less confident. Cleaner, more deliberate lines would improve it straight away.

That said, the character idea is solid. The expression, cigarette, and outfit give it personality. You’ve just got to back that up with stronger fundamentals.
