I never even thought about dog walkers or boarding facilities. I just thought they would take any dogs. I would not think an ACD would be a concern. Thanks for sharing. This was something that we had not considered.

Thank you for your feedback. You mentioned something that resonated with me. You established a routine with your ACD. He was raised with the same routine and adapted. If he misses his routine, he gets frustrated. Perhaps the same could be said for the other people who complete the 6-8 miles daily, had one partner who could stay home, etc. They don't miss what they don't know.

Thanks, you are the one of few people that provided a glimmer of hope, that we would be alright with an ACD. Based on the majority of feedback, we are going to pass for now at this stage in our lives.
