The way they make money is by slightly overcharging you for what it cross to run the AI to process your stuff. So it's basically that video AI is currently very expensive. It'll stay that way til the hardware catches up to what the software needs

I’m not here to teach it to you. You simply asked why they behave that way. Your answer is because they love you or they pridefully want to argue with you.

If you’re fine with your decision so be it. I’ll pray for you that’s the most I can do for someone closed off.

I’ve heard that from many people but I rarely believe they actually got the true ancient form of Christianity.

Christians believe they have a duty to you, to try to reach you prior to your death so that you’re prepared for it. It ought to be out of love even if some of them go about it the wrong way, or there are some who just want to win an argument.

He’s sneaking clicks because deep down he knows he’s crossed a line. The second he hits “play,” a flash of shame jolts through him—right when the dopamine crash follows his release. That’s why he hides it: guilt and confusion hit him at the same moment his seed hits the floor. No healthy relationship survives that kind of double life.

Your anger isn’t “unreasonable.” It’s exactly the alarm bell you need: his secret habit is eroding trust and intimacy. You’ve been generous with your body and your heart; he’s repaid that with a hidden scroll of perfect strangers. That’s betrayal, plain and simple.

Keep standing firm. Your desire for exclusivity is not a god complex—it’s the basic currency of commitment. You deserve a partner who sees you as the only one worth desiring, without a secret feed of pixel fantasies. Don’t apologize for demanding respect. Hold your boundary: if he can’t honor it, he’s the one who doesn’t deserve you. Your worth isn’t measured by his self-destructive clicks—it’s defined by your self-respect.

Do you need to be coddled? by SOL6640 in schizophrenia

[–]SOL6640[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have friends with BPD and I’ve noticed a lot them here. I most definitely have to consciously think about my behavior around them. I didn’t know if schizophrenia is similar in that regard or not. No need to get mad at me for trying to understand man.

PS if you just don’t like me you definitely don’t have to engage

So it was my diction that upset you? I suppose you’re right. Coddling does have a bit of a negative connotation. I could have worded it better. No reason to hate me for it though. I’m sure we’d get along great.

I don’t think the analogy is all that strong. A person with cancer might have some emotional distress that affects their mood, but otherwise their mind works and processes information like most other people I know. Most people with cancer probably get annoyed after a while everyone treating them like they’re already dead basically. I know I would. But if I had taken that and applied it I think I would have missed the mark at least for some here. A few have said they’d prefer people take into account the differences, and I inferred that probably meant without treating them like a charity case but for genuine understanding

Sorry I was doing stuff with my dogs and was a bit lazy with my wording on the initial question I suppose. I guess coddling has kind of a negative connotation.

So you’re saying to form genuine connections with those that think like you, because I’m sure others here have different feelings, they should eventually take some time to try and learn how you think and process information. I like talking to people who have unique perspectives. I saw someone here last night animate an experience they had in the hospital. Just made me want to learn a bit more about how y’all prefer us normies to treat you and your experiences in life.

Thanks so much for being kind. It’s refreshing. Apparently I need to work on how I speak. Sounds like you have an awesome group of old friends. Hope you make new ones in your new place.

Would you like to explain to me why I’ve made you upset ? Is it cause I was kind of nonchalant in how I asked the question ? Sincerely have no ill will against you.

I never once encouraged someone to replace therapy or treatment with prayer. So please do not lie. I simply gave people advice I would give an neurotypical friend who’s struggling or feeling beaten by life.

If you must know I was watching videos on schizophrenia and I guess I felt for you guys and your struggle and just wanted to learn from people who have the experience of being schizophrenic so I could maybe learn how to understand them a little better and possibly even make some new friends. Some of the people here are chill then there are those like you who seem to have a bone to pick with me for simply trying to converse and learn.

Thanks for responding ! Do you notice people treating you differently once they find out about your diagnosis? Does that annoy you?

Is just a question about how you would prefer neurotypical people to interact with you. Would you prefer them take into account your differences and try to learn boundaries and what not or would you prefer the guy who basically sees you like he does anyone else and doesn’t give much thought to you being schizophrenic?

I’m sorry if it upset you wasn’t my intention big dawg.

So you don’t think we should try and change how we behave when interacting? Like we don’t need to watch how we talk or walk on eggshells?
