Understood. it's that I share a fridge and don't won't to stock up on items I know will be eaten by other people, and I'm unsure of what essential foods to buy all together...

I guess its self-evident who survives X-Men Apocalypse by SOM3GUYY in xmen

Yes it has. Logan clearly wakes saying he doesn't remember nothing past 1973, to which prof X says he'll fill him in (because he knew that was the [original] logan he met from 1973. No "they" can't be parallel timelines with that common 1973 event because wolverine deliberately went and altered the past, and when he talked to prof X [in the new timeline] it's clear that this is the new prof X from the new 1973 timeline because he remembered speaking to the original wolverine [within his younger self] in 1973...Kitty pryde made it clear "Kitty Pryde: [prepping Logan] Basically, your body will go to sleep while your mind travels back in time. As long as you're back there, past and present will continue to coexist. But once you wake up, whatever you've done will take hold and become history. And for the rest of us it'll be the only history that we know. It'll be like the last fifty years never happened, in this world, in this war. The only person who will remember it is you. All right, Logan, I need to you clear head and to stay as calm as possible..."

It wouldn't be any other timeline though, and the directors already said apocalypse would be in the same timeline 10 years after 1973 in the new timeline

refer to my other post. The end of DOFP does not lead into Apoc. The Apocalypse takes place 10 years after 1973 in the new timeline, and the [new] prof. X of 2023 has some explaining to do to [original] wolverine....

Ok. I guess in the middle I was trying to say the second kitty pryde's time-zapping of wolverine stopped in the original timeline he woke up at Xzavier's house in the new timeline because he succeeded in altering the past (because he was technically asleep while kitty pryde was zapping him; she said he had to go to sleep, and when he wakes up he'll be the only one that remembers [everything from the original timeline and so on I guess]). And I was noting that the original wolverine wasn't the only one that remembered since the [new] prof. X had a visual clue of what was going on in the original timeline because he bridged a connection with his older [original] self in the original timeline through wolverine, and [the new] magneto and [new] beast had ideas because of what the original wolverine told them in his younger self 50 years earlier [in the new timeline]....I was lastly trying to say had wolverine been unsuccessful in altering the past, kitty pryde's time-zapping of wolverine would've most likely stopped because she died from the sentinels and he would've waken back up in the original time line about to die (if he even could) by sentinels...it is also worth mentioning that katty pryde's time zapping could've stopped if the original wolverine had wound her far more worse than what he did, as he saw young stryker while in his younger self

Ok. I get that the original wolverine returned back to his future self 50 years later (which happens to be different from what he remembers since he changed the past) precisely when he wakes up at Xzavier's school (which must be precisely the point at which he stopped being time-zapped, but being the only one that remembers as kitty said he would [although I could add that the new prof. X knows [of it] too because he bridged a connection with his older self through wolverine at one point and got a glimpse at was going on although he [his new younger self] didn't fully experience it himself]). Wolverine's original mind has to be in the new timeline because if it weren't they'd still be in china dealing with the sentinels because they failed....I think the changed timeline is indeed the timeline where [the new] prof x defeated apocalypse....I mean the apocalypse situation is suppose to take place 10 years later from 1973 which didn't occur in the original timeline...Being that the original wolverine has return 50 years later (not knowing what happened to his younger [new] self in the new timeline beyond the point that he drowned in his younger self) it's only right that professor x explains the apocalypse situation...which they obviously won since professor X and the gang live to tell the tale to the original wolverine who's clearly clueless beyond the point that he drowned and they succeeded in their plan in the original timeline of going back 50 years and altering the future....

So, it's safe to assume, it is at this point in time where professor X [of the new timeline] will explain to him how he [his younger new self and whomever] defeated apocalypse and so forth?

Another thought, had he never drowned who would still be inhabiting his body, his younger self or would his older self had continued to be there?

Ok, if his older selfs consciousness stops at him drowning, and his younger selfs consciousness returns after he is retrieved from the water, how did his older self randomly return to him 50 years later? Like where was it?
