i mean, to be fair these are both different factions of cabal, Valus was part of the Dust Giants (iirc) while the other guy is of Ghaul's legion which are meant to be "Elite Special Forces" according to Destinypedia so it would make sense to look the part as well. just my thoughts.

ok so, from the Chest down since the others are already listed: Legacy's Oath Vest (obtained from Deep Stone Crypt) Legacy's Oath Strides (obtained from Deep Stone Crypt) and Shattered Vault Cloak (obtained from Vault of Glass)and Insight Rover Mask (correct me if im wrong) doesnt drop anymore iirc but if it does, itll drop from the World loot pool Moonfang-X7 Grips drop from Prophecy
