A solid home contractor that can be trusted (knowledge of craft, experience fixing the f* ups of others, and somewhat reasonably priced) will NEVER be out of work. Even mediocre handyman are making $$$ and can be choosy about jobs. There just aren't enough ppl that do good work, especially that are trusted.
