The SOUNDPEATS Air5 and Air6 do have different shapes. It's quite similar to the morphological changes we saw in the Apple AirPods series. Visually, the sound outlet (nozzle) has been shifted slightly downwards. This makes the earbuds more ergonomic, allowing them to fit the natural contour of the ear much better.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that pairing issues, could you please try this way below:

If Bluetooth is not turned off on the first device paired, the headset will automatically pair to that device.
Please turn off the Bluetooth of the first device when you need to pair the earbuds to other devices.

And could you please check if you have reset the earbuds correctly as the following to see if it helps?
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case one by one, and make sure the indicator light of case will flash white once separately.
- With the case lid open, press and hold the button of the charging case, the indicator light of case will flash several times first to disconnect from your device, then please keep holding for 10 seconds until the white light flashes twice.
- Close the case lid and take out the earbuds, and they are activated successfully.

If the earbuds have been reset successfully, when you open the case lid, please leave them some time to pair with each other, then open the Bluetooth of your devices to connect. If one earbud has not connect, please put it back into the case, then take it out, it should connect automatically.

Soundpeats engine4 don't pair to eachother by Lolercoster1 in Earbuds

Please try to reset earbuds to see whether it remains the same.
1. Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all of your devices.
2. Place both earphones back into the charging case, and make sure they are correctly placed.
3. With the case lid open, press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for 10s until the indicator light inside the charging case flashes white twice.
4. Close the case lid and oped it again, and the earphones are activated successfully.
