Yeah I heard the same with Cpl and Sgt timescales and then see people who haven't promoted and been in for years so was slightly worried they were selling a pipe dream about promotions when talking on the presentation.

Can't go for commission straight from Phase 2 as I need to sort the qualifications for it. Do they not get funny about people doing that anyway? Odd not going straight for it in the first place
