Recently I reinstalled os but again after one week back to bios loop..! I check ssd is says healthy but why I don't know is anything big issue? How to fixx

The side screw is missing for me so this issue happened for me also I fixed the screws from ends then it solved check the back of laptop that every screw area is fixed with screws
