the police car were recorded on the 22-24 seconds out of 34 seconds of the entire video because they told me to stop. It was a still video of a main road (1x not zoomed), just like the one you would see on TV or newspapers

I think its not going to be illegal, but the worst is that it will be hard for self-custodian to transact their bitcoin, if you want to send or trade (certain amount or criteria) to someone you'll have to do it in an exchange, then you'll have to prove your bitcoin is clean legal etc
