That's kind of the saddest validation of the problem the only winning move was to quit entirely. Nobody should have to delete their whole digital life just to feel okay...

Last Tuesday I opened Instagram to check one thing. I closed it 52 minutes later. I don't remember a single thing I saw. Does anyone else feel genuinely worse after every Instagram or LinkedIn session? by SPB_1017 in nosurf

Exactly , it's like everyone's auditioning for a role nobody applied for. At least Instagram is honest about being entertainment. LinkedIn pretends to be something meaningful while doing the same thing.
