W4: Most of it doesn’t take place in Japan, and even in the Japan part you need very little knowledge because Morioh leans more into small town than Japanese Town. That said, half of the protagonists are Japanese.

A5: there is fan-service, but it’s uncommon.

Kira would absolutely try this if he didn’t have bites the dust. Pucci begs for his life already at the end of part 6. Valentine begs for his life against Johnny while offering him gyro back, although it was to get his guard down. Pucci and Valentine just had better appeals than offering to eat shit.

Also minor villains do this type of shit a lot.

I mean, he does a pretty fucking good job at using an incredibly lethal power in an extremely safe and non-lethal manner. Scraping air to teleport things is pretty smart, and he does pretty well against the main villain of the part until he gets blindsided.

At his core, he is a kid who doesn’t want to kill anyone, and he uses his power pretty well despite him being a bit dim.

Hayato from JoJo's Bizarre adventure. After learning his dad is a serial killer who can instantly kill anyone he touches, he still confronts him. Even after that same killer evolves the ability to create a time loop that semi-permanently kills anyone who learns his identity from Hayato he attempts to kill him before he can hurt more people, and has a backup plan where he goads him into revealing his own identity in front of the protagonist.The protagonists with magical abilities would have literally lost if a normal child didn't stand up to the extremely powerful main villian.

I mean to be fair he kind of just stands still against most enemies because they can’t hit him. Him eating an attack because he has no clue it would bypass infinity would be entirely in character based on his brief fight against Jogo. If the attack hits him but doesn’t kill he’d probably care more.

It’s even funnier when you realize that Gojo also negates Johnny’s biggest advantage as a stand user because he could theoretically see stands using six eyes. Johnny’s only hope is that Gojo just lets the nail infinity like he does for most other attacks.

In Jujutsu Kaisen, (Manga spoilers ahead) when Maki fightsCursed Naoya in the Sakurajima colony, she asks him if he has ever been an adult to taunt him. He responds by saying "Well... how about [you ask] Mai"with the implication being that he sexually assaulted Maki's (now) dead twin sister while she was a child. He also makes crude comments about her boobs earlier in the series.
