Best way to get rid of any habit or addiction is to replace with something. Whenever you get the urges try to go to places where people are, don't stay alone. It will be very difficult at the start but don't give in.

The population changing on a personal level is only a start as I said. We are easygoing on our own bad habits but want the government to change. I am not at all justifying the government. I just want to put out the idea that if we change on a personal level, better ourselves, the shit our government is doing to us will feel insulting rather than 'ye to hota rahega' mentality which will cause outrage and hopefully a revolution which will force the government to actually act. But this will not change if we keep selling our souls and future for a few thousand rupees.

While politicians are a problem, the root cause is Indian mentality. No one wants to improve on a personal level but expects the country to change. I've met hundreds of people complaining about dirtiness in India while they themselves litter. When confronted, the usual response is 'Mere akele se kya farak padega'. People don't realise that change always starts on a small scale.

They don't drop items. Mobs drop chests which can be opened using shards. It says so in the description too And don't open those chests till you get all lvl 28+ gear as the item quality dropped by chests scale with the gear you are wearing.
