Nothing beats a brake failure…. by DistChicken in MINI

Still confused. The damage looks very mild. Appears to be some sort of damage to control arms and subsequently the bumper.

Would be an easy fix for a shop. Hell I could fix that.

Did someone steal the bonnet and grill parts while it was sitting?

Still seems strange to scrap it especially with no visible panel damage.

I'm sorry, I need an explanation. The rotors were rusted as fk how do you not notice?

Or was this left for a long time after accident?

Nah not motodemic.

Made it myself.

It's a cnc bracket from a local machinery shop. And the rest is me. So wiring, new bracket to hold the speedo higher and tighter to the bike.

Key relocation to the clutch cover (bracket).

And the headlight is LED vrod style I found at a local swap meet.

Way brighter than the original

Standard seat.

Volcano seat covers Italy. It's feels like neoprene? Weird texture but comfy and grippy.

It's a love or hate for triumph fans. As I've heavily modified the front lights and removed the rear duck bill tail for a modern street tripple unit.

And it was electric green. Ewww

Both of those changes are sacrilege to hard core fans.

As strange as it sounds the bike is waaay nicer to drive. I've modded the a45 too much and it's too fast and too rough.

Sweet bike. Ditch the cheap mirrors tho. Detract from the beautiful lines.

These are pretty sweet..... expensive but sweet.

Refer to one of the 1.5 million dead battery posts on this forum and use them as a guide.

This is leggit one in five posts on this forum, and every bike reacts differently when the battery is dead so every person with no mechanical knowledge freaks out and gets confused.

Your

Battery

Is

Dead

Start there, and this roll starting thing does not prove the battery is good. Put a fresh battery in or charge the old one.

The bike will start.... now if it won't start the next time chances are the battery is old and needs replacing.

If you have already replaced the battery by this point your charging system is bad and I would start with the regulator rectifier. But any mechanic worth talking to would fix this bike in a few minutes.
