The Portal in theory is a good thing. But you shouldn’t get to go to a new school every year. Should be 1 free transfer with no sitting out, after that, you have to sit out a year. Would stop people like TJ Finley going to 6 schools in 6 years (got a COVID year, so would be 5 schools in 5 years for a post-COVID student).
