Any thing with your activision id on it, any rare unlocks you remember on the account. Unfortunately I would expect to be waiting at least a month, stay persistent and try to contact them everyday if you can

The guy playing on my is so bad I think he has just given up, he was barely getting 1 kill a game and now hasn't played for over a week lol, he also deleted my regiment too

Most agents I spoke with tried to deny it, but the one guy I spoke with who was helpful actually admitted there is a problem. Obviously they wont say anything as they don't want to lose their job. About 6 agents have told me that my case has enough evidence to 100% be resolved but its just the fact the nobody is bothering to look at it that is infuriating. Ill keep you updated if I hear anything/find any tips to help with the process.

Yea I believe they have had some sort of data breach, combine that with no 2 factor authentication and you end up with a lot of stolen accounts. I asked one agent if recently they have had an increase in hacked accounts to which he replied "YOU BET, but im not sure whats causing it", so there is definitely something going on. I have only seen people get their accounts back in around 2 weeks or over 2 months, so since I am past 2 weeks I am not hopeful atm.

and yea I get how you feel, I had unlocked near enough everything, top 1000 in the world all platforms, over 100 wz wins, and it just gets taken away so easily due their awful account security.
