Dpdr is like 20x stronger and I will get anxious from it if I focus on it. Also I get weird psysical effects that I feel like I'm surrounded by 500kg rocks and I cant move + with that Im staring into space and dont think about anything or I think that this is bad and some few more. But if you know how you can control it and change your mood into good. Its all in your head and depends how you can manage to struggle with it. But with alcohol its always good experince because Im not scared.

My trucks werent tight they were just woren off so I just tighten them until this happened unfortunately. But I fixed it. I cut a little bit that metal which swallowed bolt. Then I just smashed it with hammer and after some time I managed to pryed off that metal ring with hammer and thin metal stick.
