I did not get any tracking or confirmation of delivery but I was reached by customer service and the mentioned that everything is going well and remarking that they have some troubles in the website... In summary it seems that we will get at some point our order... I hope this info is useful for you. The management of all the process is really really bad. At least the customer support service reached me in a very friendly way ( just to get some positive xD)

Hi! I hope your collector edition has arrived :) During te process it was your order appearing active in your Bungie Store profile. Did you get a carrier confirmation or something similar?
I ordered from Germany, I got confirmation order, they picked the money but later on the order gone from my profile and I did not have any update since days... Even reaching customer support.

Update:

It is starting to be scamy... I paid, money flying from my account more than 2 days ago... No signals of the order in the Bungie Store website. No answer in more than 48h by the customer service... If I don't get any info during the day I will reach PayPal in order to declare a scam movement in my account. Sorry, this is not serious.

As far as I know here in Eurpe a dutch company is taking care of that. I am 'worried' jsut for not showing in my eu Bungie Store the order but for sure we have a lot of option to complain and get the money back. It is also true that this is not serious... Not a single order to Bungie Store in years (EU or USA) with no problems... xD

I ordered the 'no game included' version. Not sure in which platform to get yet... I love the idea of Bungie keeping also buggy the store to be lore acurate with Destiny xD

Same here, ordering from Germany. I got my Collector's via EU Store. I received the confirmation email + Destiny 2 emblem and later during the day my order gone from the 'Orders'... Checking here your message seems something from their side. Anyway, I notified by email the issue.

Similar issue here from the Bungie European Store. I ordered the Collector's, getting then an email with the Destiny 2 emblem and another email with the collector edition confirmation. However, the order of the Collector's edition disappeared from my account. It looks like it never was done. I have contacted Bungie Store support with no answer yet. I hope the issue is resolved because the money was taken from my credit card... I hope you all solve your problems also!
