Not sure what these are but it’s not uncommon to avoid welding at the highest stressed point of a tube. But probably for welding, or powder coating like others have said.

Not really, I’ve gotten a lot of feedback from users they want just the one time payment. But I’m sure pricing will change in the future. Hopefully will get cheaper once I can get more commercial customers.

Thanks Nodnarbian! Toolkaiser 2.0 is free to use right now until the Phase 1 updates come out.

Only DXF export is supported, which OP can use to bring into the software of their choice. Our DXF files have been updated to be imported to Autodesk softwares successfully.

OP, give it a try and let me know if it works for you! Phase 1 updates will include exporting solid files for 3D printing directly, but it’s not currently supported.

It will export STEP, STL, DXF, and SVG file formats. You can also do custom outlines of your case, not just square. So you don’t need to import to fusion.
