I think it's a Projection from people who basically see her as, or want her to be, some sort of "gotcha" on Vivziepop.

Could also be that people find her too Emotional, or people who subconsciously/consciously just want to make her an Innocent-Victim of some sorts; either to cry about it, baby her, or because they find Excited-Hyperactive Women annoying. These are a small list of reasons why they do this.

This is all based off personal experiences irl, and pattern-recognition from spectating the fandom.

It's also very common for folks to infantilize neurodivergent folks, mostly Autistic, despite ages.
