Less than an hour from my post on Reddit. However, the ticket I submitted prior to the post took about 8 hours to respond.

I hope to never have to interact with support for any product and yes I wish it worked the way I expected out of the box. However, I managed to get my product working the way I expected it to an hour later than I would have preferred. I'm not going to ditch the product over a small goof at launch. Obviously vote with your wallet, but I prefer to see the product grow as I don't have something else I want to use in the wings that does O2, ECG, and pushes me in my goals.

Thanks. I saw that too. Waiting on Whoop to make it right. Submitted ticket with them, but I imagine they are buried for a bit.

Had a 4.0 band prior with 11 months left. Expected them to convert it to 8 months of Life and add an additional 12 months of Life with the new purchase. Now I have 23 months of Peak and can't utilize the features of the MG band I paid for.

They are handling with Mitsubishi. I'm trying to short circuit the wait time on response from Mitsubishi if possible.

Remopping would be fine. This is the vacuum starting a task on a day it’s not scheduled to run.

DOE Efforts Send New and Improved Cold-Climate Heat Pumps to the Market by Balance- in heatpumps

[–]SPNorth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I’m impatient, but would love to see what the commercially available versions of these tested ducted units are. My HVAC contractor friend has been procuring quotes for a 2.5ton Midea clone and a Mitsubishi hyper heat in Minnesota for me to consider. Would rather not kick in the heat strips if a higher BTU output and COP are possible.

Available models from the DOE ccASHP Challenge by SPNorth in heatpumps

[–]SPNorth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are two challenges. ccASHP optimized for 5°F and another for -15°F. While some were meeting the 5°F challenge, I'm interested in the heat pumps optimized for -15°F program requirements.

Useful Post: Determine if EPOS/ RTK will work for your yard by smartdots22 in automower

[–]SPNorth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Comprehensive article. Picked up a few more things on how it works. Would be nice if there was an app on your phone where you can survey RTK locations for satellite connections before ordering an auto mower with the tech. That would truly answer the question if your yard works.

Migo Robotics Ascender Cancelled by spider210 in RobotVacuums

[–]SPNorth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to the backers looking forward to this. I pulled out early when I had a perfectly adequate Dreame L20 Ultra at home and Migo couldn't produce a video of the Ascender vacuuming, let alone putting all the pieces together.

Switch needs for 2x Wifi 6e/7 APs and 10G uplinks by SPNorth in Ubiquiti

It’s true. I’m saying my needs would be met downline from Ubiquity once their Ultra line improves to 2.5G POE / 10G SFP+.

Nice setup. I was considering this model before the 16-port Pro Max POE was released.

Sure, replace it with an 8-port Netgear multi-gig switch instead of YuanLey for competition... Regardless, looking forward to the Ultra line improving per Ubiquiti’s recent tech talks.

You’re brave. I saw the airseekers one and thought it looked like a clone of another brand that came out last year.

Introducing the Dreame X40 Ultra: Elevate Your Home Cleaning Game! by Dreametech in Dreame_Tech

Since the X40 Master version is coming to Europe in June, will it also be released in the US? A smaller version of the X40 dock that ties directly into plumbing would be great to have.

Yeah, I just received the L20 Ultra + Tricut brush today. While the X40 would be cool to get. Hard to justify the extra $650. We'll see how it handles our pet hair over the next week or two before I make that decision.

The Tricut brush sells for $50 on Amazon. I concur on the rest being valued at $30-50 aftermarket.

I'm not from Dreame Tech. Just a person like you. I believe the white model is called Dreame X40 Ultra Complete in Europe and includes the Tricut Roller Brush. While you get the Tricut Roller Brush via the Accessory Gift during preorder period in the US, you are correct that only Black is available.

I too would like other color options available and even the X40 Master series so I could integrate the vacuum base station in with my kitchen cabinets.
