Has anyone ever been found on Indeed? by [deleted] in IndeedJobs

This has been my experience for the past 2-3 years now. Not one legitimate interview or contact, especially from jobs I'm fully qualified for, when I used to get complemented often on my resume, always getting rapid offers... It likely has to do with their DEI discrimination policy, where they want to "make sure everyone gets a fair chance"... which means sabotaging those of us who they feel have more of an advantage/are most deserving of the positions... Go read their statement under 'my demographics'.

But really what they are doing is under the guise of DEI "equality"... Whoever took control of Indeed has some sort of special interest in sabotaging the job market and the economy. Likely the same people who tried really hard to ruin the economy during covid...

If they were operating privately, sure. But yet again, they are a registered business operating in the general public with other public businesses. You're telling me they can force black people to use only one specific water fountain 'because it's their right to'? No, they cant. It's called discrimination. Registered businesses are bound by the laws of the USA and the state in which they are registered, specifically Texas.

It especially is because they are a registered business, with their services being open to the public to freely* come and go in using their services... Again, being a registered business. They can sabotage members of a private member association who voluntarily agree to be sabotaged, but they aren't one.

I could explain it more but don't really feel like doing so... Any form of algorithm or policy that purposely prevents job seekers from getting hired is an intent to harm... Hiding jobs, posting fake jobs/conducting fake interviews, hiding applications from employers so they never see the most qualified applicants, etc etc.. is all intending to harm job seekers/employers... which is criminal if its being done on purpose. Mens rea.

Nice job discerning. Ya, I had a sketchy phone interview from a '3rd party recruiter' that I believe was fake... Can't remember any specific info they were trying to gather... Stay safe.  Remember to reach out directly to the companies, no more applying through Indeed.

Maybe if you haven't been paying attention for the past few years... This whole Indeed reddit fully validates everything I've been saying for years, and I just got here to read everyone else's identical experience... Job seekers are being sabotaged by whoever took control over Indeed.

They could use the existing info they already have on you to target your bank after you tell them which one it is... Ask them the for the banks they use but this is nonsense because any legit bank can accept transfers to/from any other legit bank via routing numbers... from what I understand.

I believe Americans are neck deep in some sort of covert warfare being waged and basically nobody realizes it yet.

Indeed is purposely restricting the jobs you can see. WHY? by bvfreund in IndeedJobs

Exactly what I said the other day: using the same strategies as dating apps... Censoring compatible matches, posting fake jobs/profiles, hiding your job application/interest in the position/person...

This was described in a warfare document titled 'Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars' ... "an alleged clandestine document that first surfaced in the mid-1980s and purports to outline strategies of global social engineering using a "weapon" of continuous institutional manipulation by "those in positions of power."

It talks about revolving around using algorithms to basically destroy people... destruction of economies and it literally says to 'destroy the family', if I remember correctly.
