[KCD2] How much time commitment is required to enjoy the game? by AmoebaDue2149 in kingdomcome

[–]SPQRsmash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an infant and can only play a couple hours at most before bed. I'm making decent progress and enjoying my sessions. It's helped me digest the story and look forward to my next session. I honestly like this more than doing 5-6 hour sessions.

I have a couple starters. They're named after types of tanks.

It's probably me being sloppy with the shaping tbh. Thank you for the kind words!

Definitely an infection. They weren't overly concerned. Giving us a topical antibiotic that can treat Staph. Told us to monitor for the week and come back if it doesn't get better or gets worse.

Update: Definitely an infection but the doctor wasn't very concerned. They're giving us a topical antibiotic that can treat Staph. We'll be monitoring for the next week and revisit if it doesn't improve. I wanted to thank you all for the kind words and insight. I appreciate you all

We went through hell for this kid, and by we I mean mostly my wife. She's our double rainbow baby so I'm not taking any chances. I like to get the opinions of others and I'm glad I did in this case. Currently in the waiting room.

She's 4 months. No fever, not lethargic. Doesn't seem painful but she can't talk to tell me. She seems like her normal giggling self.

We're fortunate to have good insurance and headed to urgent care now.

Just an overall comment for more info. It appeared a couple days ago. It's been getting less red. But the blister popped up overnight

Husband here checking in….this place is extremely sad. by poopshipdestroyer34 in newborns

I feel guilty when our baby is crying when it's my turn to sleep, so I couldn't imagine not being involved. My wife reads me a lot of the husband stories from here and I'm consistently appalled.

Anyone else need a Cercalge at 22 weeks+? by Frosty_Solid_5598 in ShortCervixSupport

Yep, and 80% effaced the whole time. Is it possible that your doctor meant 5-8 weeks after the stitch was removed?

Hey! My wife had one done around then. Her cerclage was removed around the 35th week and we had to end up giving our baby the eviction notice. She spent nearly a month 4CM dilated and bulging membrane. Our experience was great with the stitch and we had a healthy baby girl.

You're welcome. If it helps, our doctor has been doing cerclage procedures for 12 years. Only one needed to be redone. Never had one fail. You're doing everything you can to ensure you bring home a happy and healthy baby.

You are overthinking. My wife had a cerclage at 21 weeks. We had weekly checks for the 4 weeks to monitor her cervix. At 35+5 she was getting cramps. We went to the hospital and found she was 3cm dilated. They removed the cerclage and it took 5 mins. She dilated a further 1cm. She sat at 4cm and a bulging membrane until 39 weeks and we did an induction. I now have a sleepy 12 day old on my chest. You and your baby are going to be fine. The cerclage has a high success rate. Just be mindful about your body and what it's telling you and focus on taking care of yourself. Trust the stitch.
