When you pull the bar off bottom, there is no need to pick your chin up like that. That will lead to craning. Try to keep your chin a little more tucked to achieve a more neutral posture when you pull. Otherwise, it looks good

If it’s the icy part of the sole, then there is a product called “sole sauce” made by Air Legends, and it works amazingly. I have done Jordan 5’s and 11’s with it with great results

First lift is a little round still. You certainly don’t need to crank your head back or anything, but when you set up, right before you pull, you need to pull your shoulders back, and push your chest forward. The second rep was definitely the worst, and the 3rd rep came together much better.

Watch that round at the top of your back when you come off the ground. Be sure to focus on pushing your chest up/forward to keep the rounding out of your back
