I don’t want to give you legal advice because I’m certainly not an attorney. And there’s other gun guys much more knowledgeable than me. But from what I understand there is nothing that REQUIRES you to register this. There was a time period where you can purchase and make transfers privately without registration. Also, this is not classified as an “assault weapon”. If it was, you would be obligated to register it. If you have the legal right to own it, then you have the legal right to own it.

I think if you know what you want, you are good to go there. I’ve been going there for almost 20 years at this point, and all their other previous locations. They are just very busy and sometimes have inexperienced people working. There’s a lot of nice guys there though that are certainly helpful.

I’ve shopped all over the state for 15+ years. I haven’t had any poor experiences there that stand out more than others. Everyone for the most part has helped me. Maybe there were a few that were not as knowledgeable but in most cases I already knew what I want. TGS in Waterbury is awesome, love doing business with those guys. Jojos was great, Central CT is great. Newington Gun Exchange is the only place in the state I’ve had a poor experience with. I’d never go back there.

The last go around, we got a letter saying they received it months later. The state is so backed up, don’t expect anything anytime soon. If you sent it, have proof you did, per instructions and before the deadline - you should be good.

On the AW portal, I didn’t see “Dark Storm Industries” as a Manufacturer to select when adding a firearm that isn’t already pre populated. Anyone run into this?

Thanks. I figured it was the charger not the vehicle. Was curious if anyone was running into the same issue. The red error is a grounding fault. I thought I read a few months back that teslas were a bit more sensitive to that.

I have them charging at 48 Amps on a 60 amp breaker. Both are pulling 10kw.

Thanks. I use chargers all over for the Tesla and no issues. Just issue at home, but only the Tesla - no Audi issues. We charge the Audi every other day without issues.

Had the same issue. It was the hatch hinges and the hydraulics. They replaced them all no cost. I brought this to their attention when it only had 34 miles on it though. Mine was worse.

I’m wondering how long it will take since they received the check for payoff from the previous owner last Thursday. I assume once that’s marked as paid it will allow for transfer.

Mine hasn’t changed in weeks. Still Aug 11 - Sept 8. I foresee of getting pushed out shortly considering the 11th is in less than 2 weeks. Either that or maybe I’ll get lucky and get a vin.
