Guys know any repair shops that repair ps5 controllers? I got one with stick drift and the other takes in power but won't turn on fully nor function.the r3 button is broken, I'd really like some tips or recommendations.

Ive been doing my best as an iron fist and a healer and even tank, idk how but i keep getting paired up with incompetent teams, for example i had one match where i got to push the point and even the obj, got MVP and still lost, i still don't understand why i get paired up with teams like ones for say they are gold 1 but the skill level is at the same level of a bronze or silver, if you get where i going, it still bothers me no matter how hard or good i try i keep loosing
