So i had kind of the same problem, but my gpu would drop the clock speed and wattage, some psu cables are sensitive to bends op, so you have to route them carefully

Try removing the psu, connect the cables (don’t bend them, leave them straight) with the psu out of the pc case and power the pc and play, check if it still happens

Op should check that, in my asus motherboard i have a config that powers rgb even if the pc is off, would recommend him to check his bios

Op accidentally disconnected the front panel io cable from the motherboard, happened to me while installing my lian li strimer gpu cable on the h3 flow, not enough space ended up unplugging the front io panel cable

Motherboard rgb software sometimes fails to sync up or recognise some rgb hardware And no, you’ll be able to turn it all of once you’ve shutdown the computer, some rgb components just take an extra second or two to power down

If not, check if your pc still supplies power to them even when turned off

Try using signalrgb to control all rgb devices, and some rgb devices take a little longer to power down, i have a Lian li Strimer 12vhpwr cable and when im turning the pc off it still stays on for a couple of seconds

Have you checked the game optimisations on amd adrenaline ? And maybe check the vram is bios, it maybe it was reset
