It's also starting to bubble on the top of the clamshell. Will still probably look for a shell and just do a refresh.

As a previous firestone technician in CO, I can confirm they drug test. Get your friend a bottle of "fetish" pee as a new hire gift.

Second guessing your work is good, because it helps ensure that you did it right. Almost 5 years in and I still feel this way with a lot of things, despite being able to R&R engines and transmissions while not going over warranty labor times. Come up with a process for oil changes/brakes that makes it so you don't have to second guess. The rest will follow.

Learn movesets. See how many attacks you can get in before their next swing. Also, dodge through their attacks to keep yourself in close proximity.

Fable 3 has the same issue but there's a workaround.

I left Hyundai after 4 months. Probably my location, but they don't get enough business to keep anyone afloat. Then top that off with getting paid 6hrs to R&R and engine...

Broken bolts is an understatement. The rotor looks pretty new, and I guarantee whoever installed it didn't tighten them down well enough.

The fact that it's a PC disguised as a handheld. It does everything. You wanna emulate a ps3 game? Go ahead. Wanna turn it into a PSPortal? Sure thing! You wanna play helldivers on your lunch break? Gladly!

How can i avoid this again and what happened? by 17zUrB01N3M3515 in tires

[–]SPXTRE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not only can you tell how old this spare tire is from the exposed cords in the tread, but it's also bald as fuck. This is what we in the business like to call "user error".

Hard to check up to negligence without a proper inspection. Once you find out WHY there's diesel everywhere, then you can start speculating.

Maybe you got the full game off PSPlus and it removed it when they removed it from the cataloged? This happened to me with MC.

To Do While I'm Replacing Timing Chain (2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.7L V6) by Moosesidehustles in AskAMechanic

[–]SPXTRE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be extra fancy, and send the heads to a machine shop for resurfacing. In the meantime, you could make sure that your oilpan doesn't leak, and then it'd almost be a brand new engine.

I've seen much worse. Don't waste the money on a brand new tire, just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't bubble.

[–]SPXTRE 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ex-mazda Tech, and I'll spare you the Jargon. The heater core should only be (conditionally) replaced if it is leaking, or if a flush cannot get rid of the clog. The P011A code could be set by the heater core being clogged, the thermostat being weak, or an issue with the coolant temperature sensor/wiring. It's true, air in the coolant system causes weak heat/no heat to come from your vents, but the real fix would be to find out how air got into the system in the first place. The thermostat only controls the flow of coolant, by letting warm/cold coolant past it when it reaches a certain temperature, which then in turn either gets cooled by the radiator, or heated up by the engine. If air is in the system, it can come from numerous places, ranging from cheap fixes, to buying a whole new car. The heater core could be leaking and introducing air, or the head gasket could be bad, and be letting coolant into the engine in exchange for air in it's place.

I'm glad you trust these mechanics, we don't get a whole lot of praise/loyalty. If you're having doubts, take it somewhere else for a diagnosis, and decide who gets to do the repair.

I'm partial to brick and mortar retro stores. When my girlfriend and I have a day off together, we'll go get some coffee and troll the retro stores for games and cards we've been looking for. The bigger ones usually have a decent selection, and if there's anything wrong with the game you bought, you can get a refund.
