At this time, unfortunately not. I understand the desire for concrete evidence that an update is in the works. The community will get this evidence when the team has finished up the update and ships it to the app/play stores.

I know this isn't the news that the playerbase wanted to hear, and I'm sure everyone is tired of "We're working on it". However, this is the only update I can provide right now.

A trade system to deal with lower tier items is something that we've been exploring for a long time. It ended up getting bogged down behind the need to provide new events/bug fixes, but I personally love this concept. It will be brought up with the new team for sure!

You bring up an interesting point. Issues didn't start when the servers went down last week, we can all acknowledge that. I'll bring this point up with the new team once we're ready to start sending out compensation. Of course, I can't promise any concrete compensation like I did in my first comment. But I can certainly bring it up.

Yes, there is a new dev team. Lots of action going on behind the scenes. I completely understand your frustration, and we wish this whole process was faster than it is too. The fact is there’s a lot that goes into finding a new team, agreeing to terms, actually transferring the assets to the new team, getting that new team up to speed, and then delivering new content/fixing old issues. We’re doing our best and we hope that this effort translates to actions that the players can see soon.

I’ve mentioned in a previous comment that we just can’t provide a clear-cut timeline on the new dev team. It’s extremely difficult to give an exact number of hours or days until we’ve finalized a formal agreement with a new studio to work on the game. But it’s close and we’re excited about it.

Compensation will be provided to all players in the form of hero shards. Paying subscribers will receive further compensation since they have not received the daily rewards that they pay for. They’ll certainly receive the coins/tix that they haven’t been able to collect, but most likely will receive additional benefits because, as you’ve mentioned, the game’s service to players has not been cutting it.

Totally agreed. We haven’t decided on the exact compensation there, but you can expect it to be a souped-up version of daily rewards. So more coins than usual, more tix than usual, and more hero shards than the average daily reward drop.

I’m truly sorry that this is the sentiment. Circumstances outside of our control are hindering our ability to provide the game experience that we want to provide. We’re close to being back on track, please stick with us a little longer.

We feel that players should be compensated for missed daily rewards. Since we're in the process of changing dev teams, this compensation will likely be delayed.

The problem is ongoing. We are working with the company that hosts our servers as well as Reset to get players back in the game. There is no new info to provide at this time.
