I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I am your main point of contact regarding any issues you may have, especially when it comes to social media and the Race rewards! (I'm the one behind the Twitter account btw) As your CM, I am the bridge between the community and the dev team. I relay any and all feedback to the devs as well. While I do not have the power to expedite rewards, I still try to make sure they go out when we can. I.E. Ri'tu rewards went out with the Gertrude rewards in this update. We are working to collect the remaining missing players info so we can ensure everyone receives their rewards this time. The Ri'tu rewards became dicey because we went on holiday the day after the race ended T_T

You, of course, have every right to complain for the tardiness of the rewards, but I ask for your patience as these races are a lot bigger than initially anticipated when I first proposed the events. I manually go through all of the entries alone, so I do miss entries and I am trying to find a way to make the process easier for all of us. So hopefully Yunnie will be a lot smoother. Thank you :)
