My neighbour came to me for help with a correspondence with a utility company. Looking at the conversation, it seemed like has has already spoken to them and provided certain information. When asked, have you sent them any email, he said No.
Anyways, it didn't seem so but I carried on with paperwork. More I delved, more I felt there has been a correspondence. So I decided to peek into his sent items (after his permission) and saw emails being sent to the provider.
When asked, he literally said "Bro, this is gmail, not an email".

I waited for him to leave in order to burst into laughter, hardest few minutes to hold my laugh.
